The hotel is great and is like an oasis in an otherwise very busy area. The check in was a little slow though. But the hospitality of the staff was great. Very good value for money.

Despite being the only hotel brand in the city, they are managing the customers very nicely and have not gotten into the monopoly mode. The property is in the middle of the city and reaching any corner is pretty easy. Staff is very nice and courteous, stay was very comfortable and the food was good too.

Very central, clean and comfy hotel in hectic Patna. Staff at the restaurant took very good care of us and food was nice. Enjoyed the pool, too.Room was spacious and very clean.

- polite, correct and service oriented staff - one of their focus areas is to train and employ handicapped people, which to me was a primeur in the hotel sector and really worth applauding. Europe might possibly have initiatives like this, but I haven’t seen something similar personally in my travels yet in Western Europe - nice Indian breakfast, with some continental options - room service meals were delicious!

In short the hotel was excellent and I had no complaints whatsoever in any of the departments. They run a nice tight ship and I was very happy about it. Keep it up
